I'm Laurie Londot and I have been teaching since 1993-94 school year! I have taught at Lakewood Junior High and Newton Elementary, and have been at Utica Junior high since 2000. Since coming to the junior high (ok, so no we call it Utica Middle School), I have taught 7th grade math and social studies, and have been teaching 8th grade American history since 2012.
I graduated from Utica High School and attended the University of Louisville, where I played volleyball. I have been married my husband, Kevin, since 1993 and I have 3 daughters who also play volleyball. Rachel graduated from Long Island University Post, Alyson attends an d plays volleyball at Robert Morris University and Emily, will attend Ohio State in 2020 and will play volleyball as well. As you can tell, much of my free time is spent with volleyball. I have been the varsity high school coach for the last 10 years and I spend most of the spring and summer traveling around the country to my girls' club volleyball tournaments.
