My name is Mark Rakoczy and I am currently an Intervention Specialist at Utica Junior High School. I have a Masters Degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene, and my undergad from Manchester College in K-12 Physical Education. This is my 13th year in the district and 18th year total teaching.
As I mentioned I am currently working as an Intervention Specialist in the Junior High, I also will be going into my 7th year as the Head Wrestling Coach. I love working with the Junior High students. I feel this is one of the most important times in their life not only academically, but socially. What they learn and how they act before they leave Junior High is usually what will form them for their future.
I have been married to my wife (Tammy) for 16 years and we have two beautiful daughters (Alexa-15 a sophomore) and (Zoey-14 a freshman). I also have two stepsons (Dalton & Kiera with a beautiful daughter Bailey) and (Bodhi & Kelly with two beautiful daughters Emma and Medley).
