This is my fifth year teaching 7th grade Science and first year teach 6th grade STEM explore at Utica Middle School. I am a Utica Alum, and graduated in 2007! In 2016, I graduated Cum Laude, from Ohio University with my Bachelors of Science and English Language Arts degree in Education. Go Bobcats! After graduating from college, I substituted for a year and taught Science at an alternative school for a year before landing my dream job at UMS! I live in Newark with my amazing husband, our hilarious 5 year old son, Jay, and fierce 3 year old, Emelia (Eme). 

 

 I take my job seriously, and I want to do my best for each student while they are at school. My personal goal for this year is to see that every student has positive feelings about school, to gain knowledge and to have fun!
