Mrs. Billman has been teaching in the North Fork School District since 2021. She attended Mount Vernon Nazarene University where she obtained her Bachelor's degree and teaching license in Early Childhood Education. She then went on to attend Ashland University and received her Master's degree in K-12 Intervention. Prior to teaching at Utica High School, she has taught special needs preschool, kindergarten, 3rd grade, and has been an elementary intervention specialist.
