As we were putting together the plan for the first day of school, we came to the realization that it maybe difficult for many of our students to bring a case of water to school with them on the bus, walking, or for any other reason on that first day of school. So we are asking instead that families that want to donate a case of water for a middle school classroom can do so by dropping it off at the Church Street doors of the Middle School at any time from now until the end of the month. Please remember the cases of water and the cracker sandwiches are in case we, heaven forbid, are placed in an extended emergency lockdown situation. When we reach the end of the school year without such an incident, the students will be able to enjoy the bottles of water and cracker sandwiches.
