Greetings Parents and Guardians!
My name is Mindy von Freymann and I am your students Intervention Specialist. I have three grown children and four grandchildren. I enjoy reading, learning, and spending time with my family. My husband and I enjoy traveling. My passion is helping students learn and find confidence in themselves.
I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in History and Professional Writing and my Master’s in Education from the Mount Vernon Nazarene University. I have been teaching since 2005. I am dual licensed in Special Education and Integrated Social Studies. I hold a 7-12 Social Studies License and a K-12 Intervention Special License. I taught 7th and 8th grade social studies ,9th grade World Geography Honors, 10th grade American History, and multiple electives for juniors and seniors including psychology and sociology.
I will be working with students in a small group setting and also pushing into the classroom, cooperating with your student’s teacher to help meet student needs. I will help your students reach their goals.
