Enrollment Information

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT will open on July 15, 2026.

OPEN ENROLLMENT for 2026-2027 ended on May 15, 2026.

The following documents must be provided for enrollment:

· Birth Certificate

· Health/Immunization Records

· Proof of Residence (Lease, Current Property Tax Statement, Current Government Mailing, Current Bank Statement, Current Paystub,

or Current Public Utility Bill)

· Driver’s License or State Issued ID of Parent/Guardian enrolling student

· Special Education Documents (if applicable)

· Custody/Adoption/Foster Placement Documents (if applicable)

· Transcripts (High School Only)

*Scroll down and select Forms

*Select Student Info & Agreements

*Verify all information for accuracy and make changes if necessary.

*Read and Sign Parent/Student Agreements.

*Provide your Electronic Signature and the Date.

*Select Save & Submit.
