The Utica High School Yearbook is produced by students in a one-credit class. Students learn the basics of design, journalism, photography, marketing, and fundraising while producing a professional publication of over 140 pages.

 

Yearbook also runs the Powder Puff game in the fall.  The Powder Puff game is an all-girls flag football game put on annually by the Yearbook staff. This game pits freshmen and senior girls (the Powders) against sophomore and junior girls (the Puffs). Teams are coached by a faculty member and senior football players. This game takes place during the school day and is open to all interested high school girls. An all-male Powder Puff Court is also voted on and announced at the game.

 

Yearbook also hosts a Daddy/Daughter Dance and Mother/Son Extravaganza in the winter for the younger students and is always a big hit!
